A multi-site group operating several locations ran separate identity and messaging infrastructure at every site, with high overhead and inconsistent management.

Fragmented identity and mail infrastructure increased cost, risk and management effort across sites.
My investigation
Mapped each site, its Active Directory and Exchange services, and the connectivity between locations.
What I did
Migrated the existing Exchange and Active Directory environments into one central location with a multi-tenant setup.
The result
A single, centrally managed identity and messaging environment serving all sites.
What I learned
Consolidation removes operational overhead — but it needs careful change management to protect users from downtime.
